Can we decorate the party room?

Yes, limited decorations are allowed.

  • Anything that may damage walls, ceilings, furniture, or venue property

Customers are responsible for deciding how and where the balloons are placed.

You’re welcome to style and arrange the balloons yourself, and our staff can help with inflating balloons or provide a pump if needed. Balloon styling and decoration setup are not included.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, and birthday cake.

KOKO Amusement does not provide catering.

Please bring your own:

  • Plates and cutlery
  • Cake knife
  • Candles
  • Party supplies

The venue can provide a lighter if needed.

Can we extend the party room time?

Additional party room time may be available as an add-on, subject to store availability.

Please request this in advance where possible.

Same-day extensions cannot be guaranteed.

Can we stay and play after the party room time ends?

Yes. Guests are welcome to continue playing in the venue after the party room time ends.

Additional KOKO cards can be purchased in store.

Can we arrive early?

You may arrive up to 10 minutes before your booking time.

The party room can only be accessed at your scheduled booking time, unless otherwise approved by the store.
