Need help before you visit?

How long can we use the party room?

The party room is reserved for 60 minutes.

You may arrive up to 10 minutes before your booking time to settle in and prepare.

The party room must be vacated on time for the next booking.

Do party game cards earn extra tickets?

No. Party game cards do not earn extra tickets from machines.

The included tickets are already preloaded onto each card.

For birthday party packages:

  • Each guest receives 500 KOKO tickets
  • The birthday child receives 1,500 bonus tickets

When does game time start?

Game time starts when the KOKO card is first tapped on a game machine.

Please note:

  • Game time cannot be paused.
  • Each card has a set play time based on the selected package.
  • Limited-play games can only be used according to your package.
  • If the card shows “no more funds” for a game type, it means that part of the package has already been used.

What do the game colours mean?

KOKO games are grouped by colour.

• Red & Yellow Games — Standard arcade games included during your play time
• Purple Games — Claw and prize games
• Blue Games — Feature games, available in selected packages or group packages

Our staff will explain how the KOKO cards work on the day.

How many guests can the party room fit?

Room capacity depends on the venue and room:

  • Town Hall Grande — 10–20 guests
  • Town Hall Max — 10–16 guests
  • Hurstville — 10–16 guests
  • Hornsby — 10–16 guests

Extra guests may be added only if room capacity allows.

Please note that our Haymarket and Burwood venues don't have party rooms. Groups are still very welcome there — you'll have the run of the arcade floor instead.
